Programme Overview
Generative and Agentic AI are accelerating across global industries, with 71% of organisations worldwide now using GenAI in at least one business function, and India leading adoption, where 77% of knowledge workers use GenAI daily.
However, adoption accelerates meaningfully only when leaders demonstrate strong support for AI. According to a recent BCG report, frontline employees are more likely to use AI regularly, enjoy their jobs, and feel positive about their career prospects when leadership actively supports AI initiatives. For instance, the share of employees who feel positive about GenAI rises from 15% to 55% with strong leadership support, yet only about one-quarter of frontline employees say they receive such support.
To prepare leaders for the next wave of AI-led transformation, IIM Indore has launched the Executive Programme in Generative and Agentic AI for Business Applications. This 24-week, no-code programme empowers non-technical managers to build and run end-to-end AI workflows that drive real organisational impact. Participants work with live use cases, agent-driven automation models, and productivity-focused frameworks to apply GenAI across content creation, analytics, reporting, customer operations, and decision-making.
Built on a business-first foundation, the curriculum blends faculty-led learning with industry masterclasses and an ROI-focused capstone. By the end of the programme, learners gain hands-on capability, enterprise-ready solutions, and the confidence to lead in an AI-accelerated workplace.
